However, if you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, please kindly send an e-mail to info@alslawoffice.org so we can resolve the problem, issue a refund (if applicable), or provide you with credit that can be used for future https://alslawoffice.org services.
Policy Terms.
By making a purchase of any of our services on this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this policy, as well as the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and any other applicable policies or terms posted on this website. This policy only applies to services, materials, and products purchased directly from this website. This policy does not apply to attorney fees or any other service, material, or product purchased outside of this website.
Refunds prior to the submission of your Visa, ESTA, or other application to the US Government’s issuing body must be requested by emailing info@alslawoffice.org. The Subject line must read: “Client Refund Request”. Please include the following information in your email:
· First and Last Name
· Invoice # or Order ID,
· Last four (4) digits of the credit card used to purchase our services,
· Date the services were purchased, and
· Reason for requesting a refund.
A refund request will be processed within 1 to 2 months after we have received all the information previously requested. If the request for the refund has been approved, it will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of purchase and should appear in your account within 1-10 business days based on your financial institution’s policies and your statement’s billing cycle. If 10 days have passed and your refund is not reflected in your account, please contact us by email to assist you.
Non-Refundable Fees.
Please note that our attorney's fees are not and will not be refundable under any circumstances. Therefore, this policy does not apply to attorney's fees.
Also, this policy cannot and will not apply to government fees remitted to the US Government’s issuing body, or other Governmental agencies. When you send a payment to the Dept of State or another governmental agency, you agree to pay for government service. Biometric and filing service fees that you pay to them are final and non-refundable, regardless of any action the government office takes on your petition, application, or request, or if you withdraw your application/request. We cannot refund or credit any money paid to another person/agency with a role in processing your order (translators, medical examiner, etc.) This includes payments made by you to a lawyer providing legal services. Chargeback Notice.
By acquiring our services, you consented to be bound by our service terms and refund policy. Using a chargeback to obtain a refund outside of these conditions is a violation of our terms.
Chargeback fraud is a crime, such conduct may result in being temporarily or permanently barred from entering the destination country, as well as possible criminal and civil charges. Chargeback fraud is theft and larceny. We take this matter seriously and may report suspicious payment disputes to the payment processors as well as the US Government’s issuing body, and other pertinent agencies as applicable, along with proof of fraud.
We encourage our customers to contact us to resolve any service issues they may have, and to prevent any future problems.
Assurance.
If you are not sure if your refund application has been submitted correctly, please contact us immediately for assistance at info@alslawoffice.org. If you successfully submit a refund request to us, in accordance with the terms of this policy; be assured you will get the refund. Please allow the time stated above from one (1) to ten (10) business days for any refund credit to appear on your account.
Not covered under the satisfaction guarantee.
We cannot guarantee the results or consequence of your government filing. For example, the relevant government agency may deny an immigration petition or application for reasons beyond our control or responsibility. Government backlogs can also cause delays before your filing process is complete. Similarly, https://alslawoffice.org does not guarantee the results or outcomes of the services provided by independent attorneys under an independent Limited Scope Lawyer Agreement.
This guarantee does not cover changes to your situation or to your state of mind. t does not apply if the CBP officer denies entry due to an epidemic/pandemic related reason. This Guarantee is null and void if you have made a false statement in an application and/or provided false information during our service. This Guarantee is null and void if you have already requested a refund or requested a chargeback from your bank.
